Moreover, electroporating cardiomyocytes with an miR-181b/215 cluster promoter-luciferase reporter plasmid in a one-step in vitro cardiomyogenesis protocol reveals that the miR-181b/215 cluster promoter is active in cardiomyocytes and regulates miR-181b/215 expression levels in differentiating cardiac cells.
